In a nutshell, we’re here to help you save money. Think of us as your personal savings sidekick! 💰🚀

Here’s how it works:

Signing up to Airtime lets you cut your smartphone costs by earning rewards from your favourite retailers. Sign up, link your debit and credit cards, and shop with any of our 200+ retail partners.  Become one of more than 3.8 million Airtime members who save an average of £10 a month off their mobile bill. Some members even wipe out their phone bill completely! 

Ready to give it a try? Here’s our step-by-step guide. Signing up is a simple process, and takes just minutes.

Step One: Download the Airtime app

It’s free! Head to the App Store or Google Play to download it. 📲

Step Two: Verify your number

When you first open the App you’ll be asked for your phone number. You’ll then receive a PIN number by SMS (text). Enter that PIN to verify your phone number. 👈

Step Three: Select your network

To reward you, we need to know your mobile network provider and account type. Airtime is compatible with EE, O2, Vodafone and most other major networks. 👍

Step Four: Link your cards

Add your card details so we can track your spending with our partners and reward you every time. Cards become active after 24 hours. You can add 10 different credit and debit cards, free of charge. 💳

We are PCI Level 1 compliant and work in partnership with Visa and Mastercard. Your details are always secure and encrypted. 

Step Five: Browse our retailers!

Explore the app to discover where you can earn. From Greggs to Wilko, Argos to Boots, you’ll find so many opportunities to clock up rewards. We’ve helpfully grouped them in categories, and you can search their locations in the app too. Check each retailer’s page to see how many rewards you’ll earn when you shop with them. 

Step Six: Switch on notifications

If you want to be the first to hear about new retailers, exclusive offers and competitions, enable push notifications and marketing emails in your device settings. Not mandatory, but a great way to keep up-to-date with all things Airtime. 📲

Step Seven: Start shopping!

The fun part! Earn rewards every time you use a linked card to shop with any of our 200+ brands 🛍️

Step Eight: Redeem rewards

The moment you’ve been waiting for! Once your balance hits £10, you can redeem your rewards to your phone bill or gift them to another member. Rewards may take 24 hours to appear on your bill. 💰

Missing a transaction?

Transactions can take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Still not appeared? Report a missing transaction to us via the app and we’ll investigate and get back to you within 10 days.
