The Q-Park Rewards scheme will be closing soon. Here's everything you need to know about transferring your account over to Airtime.
WHY IS Q-PARK CLOSING?
There are several factors that have contributed to this difficult decision. These may include changes in business strategy, rising operational costs or challenges in securing partnerships necessary to sustain the app.
WHEN WILL THE Q-PARK APP OFFICIALLY CLOSE?
The app will no longer be available after 31st March 2025.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? 📝
Simply follow the link provided in the email you received and enter your details. We’ll transfer your Q-Park rewards to your Airtime account.
WHAT IS AIRTIME? 💰
Airtime is a rewards app with over 4 million members who are making their mobile bills drop just by elevating their spending habits. Securely connect your debit and credit cards, shop with over 200 well loved brands, cash in your rewards and turn your buys into highs! Life is better on the upside.
IS AIRTIME SECURE? 🔐
Yes. Our member's security is our top priority. We are Level 1 PCI compliant, and your card details are encrypted and stored securely with our partners Visa and MasterCard. You can delete your cards from your account at any time. This will remove all card data completely.
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS WITH AIRTIME? 📱
You can redeem your rewards directly to your mobile bill. When your current balance reaches £10, simply hit redeem in the app and we’ll do the rest. You are able to redeem your rewards off your pay-monthly mobile bill (Rewards will appear directly on your next generated phone bill after 24 hours), or as a voucher for pay-as-you-go credit.
WILL MY Q-PARK REWARDS TRANSFER OVER TO AIRTIME? 📲
Yes, once you have completed the online form, any available balance you have will transfer to your new Airtime account.
WHAT IF I DON'T CREATE AN AIRTIME ACCOUNT? 😔
We encourage all users to create an Airtime account so you can continue to earn rewards when you spend. However, after 30th September any unredeemed or transferred rewards will no longer be accessible.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL DATA?
In accordance with data protection regulations, your personal information will be securely deleted following the closure. If you wish to request data deletion before this, please contact our support team.
